BOARDLife's goal is to give you the same level of customer service and response online as we do in the store. To that end it is our policy to ship all orders that are received by 3pm Mountain time that same day and those orders received later than 3, the next day. However, there may be conditions that prevent that questions for you, weather and holidays to name a few.
All orders received Monday through Saturday by 3 pm Mountain time are shipped the same day. Orders received after that time are shipped the next day. All other received Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Refund, Return, Change and Exchange Policy
To the extent that you purchase any goods directly from us we may refund your purchase price within thirty (30) days of you notifying us in writing of your desire of the refund together with a reason for the request subject to the return of the Product to us in substantially the same condition as when purchased. Any refund or return may be subject to restocking fees as found on our Website.
To the extent that you purchase any goods directly from us we are pleased to accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of you notifying us in writing of your desire of the refund together with a reason for the request subject to the return of the Product to us in substantially the same condition as when purchased with receipt. Any return item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was purchased in the original box or packaging. All custom complete boards, i.e. those boards where all components were chosen individually by the purchaser and BOARDLife was asked to build the board, will be subject to no less than a 25% restocking fee. Any refund or return may be subject to restocking fees as found on our Website up to 100% of the total amount of the original purchase price.
Shipping will be free if we made an error on your order. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item. If the item is being returned because for any other reason you will be responsible for the shipping cost. If the original order shipped free of charge we will deduct the cost of the original shipment from the refund.
All clearance items are final sales and are not returnable.
ALL SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES (MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS) MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 72 HOURS (3 DAYS) OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGE.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIMS FOR MISSING ITEMS AFTER THAT TIME FRAME.
If you need to change an order you have placed please notify us as soon as possible. We try to ship all orders the same day so time is of the essence. Please contact us via email or respond to the order confirmation you received for the fastest and most accurate service. We will do everything we can to accommodate any changes to the best of our ability before the product has shipped.
All products are warranted by the manufacturer so BOARDLife cannot approve a replacement directly. Each manufacturer has different policies and procedures regarding warranties but BOARDLife will act on your behalf to get it processed quickly and easily. Please call us to discuss the defect and be prepared to email us digital photos of the problem so we can get approval for the replacement from the manufacturer.

Explanation of defect
If you are sending photos of a board include a close up of the defect as well as a photo of the entire board top and bottom. Products are warranted by the manufacturers against manufacturing defects. Warranties also do not cover impact damage. If you believe you have a defective product report it immediately. Used products, even if they appear to be defective are rarely approved for replacement or refund.
